1. Eligibility
Customers must be 18 years or older to apply. All information and documents provided must be valid and accurate.
2. Installment Plans
Approval is subject to verification of documents. Monthly installment amounts must be paid on time to avoid penalties. In case of repeated non-payment, MOVIQ reserves the right to lock the device remotely through MDM until payments are settled.
3. Trade-In Policy
Trade-in value will be determined based on device condition, functionality, and current market rates. Devices must not be reported as lost, stolen, or iCloud/Google locked.
4. Delivery & Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
5. Device Warranty
Devices come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer or MOVIQ (depending on the product). Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
6. Data Privacy

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the device is defective upon arrival. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.
8. Changes to Terms
MOVIQ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
